What are the payment methods accepted?

We accept MASTERCARD & VISA credit/debit cards, Paynow and Bank Deposit.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently we are able to arrange shipments to Singapore.

We will be expanding in the near future for all other countries.

If you wish to be updated on the country availability, please contact us.

What is the estimated shipping time?

Orders will be processed within 1~3 working days. 

Same order delivery if orders are placed before 11am,subject to schedule availability as well.

We will contact you to arrange for a suitable delivery timing.

Any urgent delivery requests, please do key in the information during checkout.

We will contact you directly if we are able to meet the delivery request slot.

Will I be provided with shipping tracking information?

 Please make sure to include your contact details such as phone number and email address so you can continue to receive updates. 

Local Delivery (Singapore): requires contact number to ensure delivery can be coordinated.

Self collection policy: Minimum order of $20 is required.

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

Local Delivery (Singapore): Do contact us immediately for your shipping address changes at least 1 day before delivery day.

Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address prior to payment & checkout.

What if the product I have ordered is out of stock?

We will contact you for other product recommendations and advise you on the next lead time for the product.

Should you change your mind, we will do a full refund for you.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not allow any product returns once we have processed the order unless the product is defective upon you receiving the product.

Cat Food /Litter: able to exchange for a different product at the same or higher value. Any product of higher value, there is a need for a price difference top up.

I have received a defective product. Can I get a refund?

Is there food quality assurance?

We aim to get the best food quality from our suppliers. We are however, not liable for any issues pertaining to the food quality provided by our suppliers.

We encourage you to communicate us immediately should you have any concerns about the food quality so we can resolve the matter with you and our suppliers.
